Know the economics

Each has a different risk. A second shift uses the space and booth you already pay for but depends on supervision and consistent quality in the evening. A bigger building raises fixed costs and can distract from the work that earns. A second location doubles management needs and splits your reputation, reviews and referral relationships between two addresses.
Start the decision with delivery, not demand. Do you have a leader you trust to run the new site, someone who understands your standards for finish and communication? Are the permits for paint operations and the equipment you need available in that area? Is the new location close enough to a different set of drivers, or will it split the customers you already serve? A pilot, such as a small drop-off or estimating office feeding your main shop, can test demand cheaply.
A new site also needs its own presence online: its own map listing, its own reviews and its own pages that describe the neighborhoods and roads it actually serves. Do not copy the first shop's content with the street name swapped.
